"The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. No problem asking for decaf coffee and oat milk in the morning and gluten free toast was provided. The room was on the small side and very hot (we were there in July). No air con and just one small fan."

"Just returned from a three night stay at The Duke Hotel and loved it. The staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel is short walk from the town centre and bus terminal which made getting about easy. The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out with plenty of storage. the bed was comfortable, and made up every day by housekeeping. Aircon was welcome in the heat! We used the heated pool at the Hotel which was lovely. Towels and robes are provided to make things easier. The bar area and terrace was lovely with reasonable prices. We didn't eat in the hotel in the evening as we like to go out but the menu looked good. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"Very enjoyable stay - the staff here are incredibly friendly and we received such a warm welcome upon arrival. Breakfast selection, dinner in champagne lounge and spa facilities are all great. Conveniently located next to bus stops and easy to access the beach from the hotel."

"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier. Everything seemed well organised."
