I booked a double queen room weeks in andvance and of course by the time I checked, there was no double queen room. When I and my friend got to our room, where we now had to share a bed because the hotel was completely booked, the room was dirty with food wrappers in the bed and grass/dirt all over the room and bed. No concessions were offered to me other than a few points for a hotel chain I will not be doing business with again. I was also gaslit when they initially told me that I couldn’t get the room I reserved that a king “was really an upgrade”. I will not be back and honestly wish that they would’ve financially compensated me for their poor service and mismanagement.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt house in Charlotte. The location was good, walkable to a range of attractions with young kids (5&7). Staff were great, we arrived at 1.30am and check-in process was easy. Breakfast was good, solid without being exceptional. Would stay again when in Charlotte!

My mother and I had a relative in ICU for a long while, so having a hotel seven minutes from Novant Presbyterian was perfect. They (the valets) worked with us to have our car ready promptly at a moments notice when there was an urgent need to be at the hospital. The breakfasts were healthy, hot, and varied. The staff was professional and extremely helpful, especially when we had spent all night tending our loved one. The light rail system, taxis, share-a-ride, and other travel options are available to the out-of-town traveler. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
