"Very interesting property."

"The hotel was very nice. Our check in and check out host (Karla) was amazing, super nice person!! Valet parking was nice, didn’t have to worry about finding a space myself. The car was a bit dusty when I got it back though. The room was nicer than the pictures and beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and temperature was warm. We know where we are staying next time we are in Montreal ! "

"Empty alcohol bottles under the bed, accusations of smoking in the room and sending someone upstairs to check, pool under renovation for the entire stay and the main reason for selecting this place was the pool. Breakfast was way below par. Fake eggs, very little fruits, no home fries, only earl grey tea, selection disappointing and staff was generally unfriendly. Front desk lady told me she smelled something from me. I told her I don’t drink alcohol. Regardless, why was it her business? WHY did Expedia not mention that the pool would be closed? I would NEVER had stayed at an hotel with no pool access as I have two boys who love to swim. Absolutely horrible and disappointing stay and we left one day early. I will not be booking with Expedia any longer because of lack of transparency and flexibility. I only found out about the pool upon check in and by then I cannot make any changes. "

"DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE. This company is unreachable. Try calling the number, it goes nowhere. Same with the email. Do NOT STAY HERE. After booking through expedia, they never contacted me to confirm until 15 mins before 4pm on the day of. Expedia tells me this place DENIED my refund request, after having to stay somewhere else and for one less day. If you are booking with your child near the biodome, prepare an alternative location and get you child ready for disappintment, as that is all that awaits you here. Im formally disputing the charges with VISA."

"Internet sucked. Other than that a great experience. Pool was warm and clean. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were at our room within minutes. Kids forgot their tooth brushes and the front desk had spare ones. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Let us check-in 2 hours early. When we mentioned we were there for the biodome etc they provided useful information. Overall a great experience"
