“We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

“Great staff, great location, a buzz about the place and area. Breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable and clean. Can't knock this place, would absolutely use again when visiting this part of London.”

“We loved the location of this hotel. It is around the corner to Gloucester Station which has a direct line to most tourist attractions. The neighborhood was also very safe and clean. ”

“Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! ”

“We loved our stay. The hotel was very well maintained and nicely decorated. Concierge was there 24 hrs so we could get help anytime. The location was also great. It was near the quiet and safe area. I will definetely come back next time in Feb of next year. ”
