“This was my first time staying here. It is a simple, quiet and cozy hotel located in the outskirts of the city, perfect for a short getaway. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, and the air conditioner provided me with a comfortable sleep at night. The only downside was that the walls were not soundproof; once a guest next door watched the TV on a high volume and I could hear it from my room, albeit not so clearly. Overall it is much better than the other hotels of the same level...

“This property is located in a convenient place with a MRT station nearby and a shopping centre below. However, the management team really needs some improvements to make this place more welcoming to the guests.
When we checked in, we found there were multiple issues with the unit: 1) the washer machine was actually very hard to reach -- it was placed outside with a giant AC over the head; 2) the AC did not work well -- it might need some basic maintenances; 3) the housing keeping staff did not...

Next day only reply out of stock when we almost need to check out. Honestly, i wont be back for this owner property as services very...

“The room was dirty with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the hot water service did not work properly, the bedroom air conditioning did not work properly, room was in severe need of maintenance. The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place.”
