"Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view.
The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."

Irwin and Fazlina at Thirty8 always made a point of stopping and checking in with us at breakfast time to see how our day is going and what we would be doing each day.
