"Highly trained staff. Where do you stay and have the breakfast waiter literally chase you down to take your coffee order, then ask you if there’s anything else he can bring you? "

The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."
