We wanted a unique British experience and they delivered. Staff were very helpful planning our days and organizing cabs when Uber was a bust. Food was lovely. Breakfast was was excellent deal and set us up for a good day out. Tasty cocktails. Lovely atmosphere on the patio along the river. Beds were comfy - rooms clean and fully stocked. Hairdryer included, We had 2 rooms booked for our family with different configurations- both room were roomy and cheerful. We will happily return.

I was there for a single night in transit. The hotel benefits from having an excellent restaurant and bar. Breakfast was wonderful and Sunday night. Dinner was excellent.

Very professional staff at check in. Extremely efficient process. Bar staff very welcoming. Food was superb. Dog friendly but think the charge per night was a tad excessive. Having said that, we will definitely use the hotel again.

A lovely place to stay…we were staying for a Thorpe park visit which is just a 5 minute drive away. Rooms were comfy, had everything needed and great air conditioning for the heat wave! Breakfast really good too and we ate in pub one night and found both service and food to be great. Highly recommend, we will likely return!

The manager, Matt, was especially helpful & friendly. Check in was quick and welcoming. Had 2 Queen bedroom on top floor overlooking the Thames. Room was very nicely decorated, has 3 mirrors, beds excellent, lots of room. Walk in shower and bathroom good size. Many large, beautifully decorated rooms to eat in and a large patio on the river front. Lots of entertainment by the various birds on the river. By far the best hotel we've stayed in for years.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were stunning, full of character, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the lovely outdoor seating area alongside the Thames – the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Free parking and complimentary WiFi were also great added benefits. The only slight downside was that the food was a little pricey, but the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
