Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan
There was an early option for breakfast in the other building which started at 0530. The main building breakfast started at 0630. Good food and many choices. It was easy transportation back and forth to the airport to enjoy their reasonably priced restaurants and shopping.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
Room is very nice and clean. Large deep bath tub, might be difficult for elderly to get in and out. Breakfast is good/okay. Softserve ice cream is available during breakfast and dinner!
