"The breakfast was excellent. The price really good. All the staff were nice and very helpful. The bar service was good too. All in all a nice place to stay. Easy access to Chiswick High Street and the tube at Turnham Green."

"A great little find, rooms are clean, well decorated and staff are attentive and friendly. The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! Would certainly recommend and stay again :)"

"It was a great location for the tube but the rooms need maintenance. The window blind was broken and permanently down, the soap dispensers were diluted so almost just water coming out and the shower temp and shower head holder were both broken."

"It's an older hotel, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the room was a good size. Location is brilliant for arriving by Tube and for visiting Kew Gardens. Dinner was also very tasty and good value."
