"The only issue we had was with the AC in our room not working properly. But we were able to open the window and sleep pretty comfortably. Everything else was absolutely fantastic! Free parking, nice complimentary breakfast, our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and well appointed. The staff was wonderful as well. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Residence Inn Sunnyvale Silicon Valley I! This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The location is convenient, the views are lovely, and breakfast was included. Our room was incredibly spacious — more like a small townhouse than a regular hotel room. It had two floors, a full kitchen, three TVs, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, dishes, plates, and many thoughtful kitchen supplies, including dishwasher detergent. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and toiletries, and the shower had great water pressure. Overall, the value was excellent. Most importantly, we want to give special recognition to Dominic at the front desk. He was one of the most professional, responsible, and genuinely caring hotel staff members we have ever met. We hoped to stay near the pond because our children wanted to watch the Canadian geese, and Dominic went above and beyond to help us find the right room. He patiently showed us the map, helped us compare options, and truly cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable. Even at checkout, he thoughtfully asked how we liked the room and whether everything worked out well. That kind of service is rare and memorable. Dominic truly makes this hotel shine. I sincerely hope management recognizes his outstanding work with the raise, promotion, bonus, or formal recognition he truly deserves. We are very happy to give this hotel a well-deserved 5-star review and will definitely recommend it to others!"

"Room and hotel were very clean and up to date. Breakfast was not complementary which was confusing based on the listed amenities in the listing. You have to pay for your order and wait. In is not continental which is what we expected. Not a deal breaker though because the price for the room was reasonable. Highly recommend. Wish we could’ve located and tried the gym but we were only there for 1 night and a late booking/check-in and had to hit the road early. But other than that the room and hotel were great. Staff was, meh. Kind stand off ish not really paying attention at check in but very helpful at check out when we had a parking warning on our car for not paying for parking which we also didn’t get the memo on. Apparently there are signs somewhere we didn’t see. But paying for parking at a hotel parking lot where you’re staying?? Wth??"
