"The room was very clean and nice and chilled for the weather extreme hot temperatures that were happening while I was there for 24 hours. The staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend The Westin there in downtown Cleveland.
The only complaint I can honestly say was that the room service food I ordered arrived all cold. They said it would arrive to my room in 20 minutes, which it did arrive within that time. 3 carne asada tacos, rice and beans, corn. All cold. I was too tired to have it corrected and had to be at a concert with no time to wait for the corrected order. I'm not blaming The Westin since the restaurant was simply in the hotel. I'm not sure they're affiliated, but I was able to charge my food to my room, so not so sure. The hotel was great."
