โStayed the night. Had the hot tub suite this room was huge could have made 3 rooms from it. Very clean tub worked great. Easy free parking good free breakfast โ

โGreat little spot just steps from a lot of Duluth's mainstays. Worked great as a home base to attend a wedding out on Park Point. The bed was ridiculously comfy, the bathroom was well appointed, and the little nespresso-style coffee machine became a well-used perk. โ
โEven was almost perfect. Just a very minor "chatter" to the air conditioning motor that most people won't even notice. And come hungry for the breakfast buffet!โ
โIt was a good experience. The staff were all kind and helpful. The room was clean. The lobby was nicely decorated. Two things could be improved: 1) Our floor halls had a slight smell of cigarette smoke that we chalked that up to it being an old hotel โ another floorโs hallway had little or no such odor, so it seems nothing that carpet replacement would not take care of. 2) We parked on the upper level of the nearby ramp, which seemed safe. The lower level was poorly lit, so we did not park there...
