“The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff at the desk was friendly. My only complaint was that one elevator was down. We were on the fifth floor and the hotel was very busy for Labor Day weekend so we ended up using the stairs a lot. It seems to me that there should be a service elevator as well as two guest elevators.”

“First off the last time I stayed was not pleased but always loved crown plaza so I thought why not. Absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was so sweet and let me check in a hour early. Went to Louisville game with my wife came back and went to bar and our bartender was a one of a kind. She was covered up but she took top care of everyone there. Also made a helluva old fashioned. After this trip will not stay anywhere else.”

“Room was exceptionally clean and Shannon at the front desk was a joy to work with. Housekeeping went out of their way to add special touches to the room. Breakfast was basic, a couple of more choices would have been nice, but we didn't go away hungry. If you value cleanliness and a staff that cares, this is the place to stay.”

“전반적으로는 만족스러우나 일주일이 지나도록 들어갈 때 카드로 50불 홀드 한 걸 취소하지 않네요. 전화를 해야 하나... 참 번거로운 일입니다. 그 외에는 넓은 공간과 공항에서의 매우 가까운 위치 등 괜찮습니다.”
