"The mattress in our room was old, saggy and worn out. It was simply appalling and you could not ever expect anything like a decent nights sleep. The mattress wasn’t even flat- the sag in the middle was significant. I would. It ever consider staying here again. Worst bed I have ever seen. Also had no hot water in morning for shower. Tepid at best. "

"we had an issue with our 20 year old not being allowed at the pool at 7pm. They said it was adults only. In Colorado 18 is considered an adult. In addition our family seemed to be the only people “carded” to get in the pool. Sadly our son left the hotel and drove home because there was nothing for him to do so we wasted money on having a second room. When we complained the next morning, the extremely rude “casino manager” that we escalated to told us “This is a casino, we cater to people over 21, not families” and then yelled at me that she was not talking to me, only to my husband. We asked to speak to the next level up who seemed surprised that an adult in Colorado is 18 and while she was also unwilling to help us, she has said the general manager will be calling us. All in all it was the worst customer service I have ever had. So if you are looking for some fun times with your family, don’t go to this hotel. I have never been treated so poorly in what was supposed to be a nice hotel. "

"Nice hotel when traveling with Dogs. There are restrictions on dogs in the Casino (Can't walk floor, stroller is ok for small dogs or service animals) or restaurants. King Suite Room was clean, modern and up to date with a safe and refrigerator. Lower rating for food options and quality of food which was not great."
