“The first one was a little nasty asleep, but the second one was great. The location is perfect. Everything was comfortable except for the beds mixed your back. The staff are super friendly.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. There was a good beach view from the balcony as advertised and the hotel was conveniently located next to restaurants, bars, and the beach access. ”

“The picture in rhe room had "something" on it, and the cleaning person did not replace my towels. She moved my washcloth in the shower, which made me then not use that one. Thankfully I travel with them. And while she did change my garbage, she left the full bag on the table. Also, didn't remake the bed. Last week's stay was much better. “I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry.
