“This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. ”

“Beauty, comfort and location!..The bed is comfortable, the location is only 10 minutes walk to the duomo, but located in a quiet place. The kitchen is complete and there is a grocery store only 2 minutes from the hotel. The bathroom is beautifully made with mármol floors.. there is even laundry machines in the common area… Ovewrwll great!..”

“Great location with easy travel. Host puts you at ease form the start messaging you that orning to check you know where you are going and if you need any assistance. Was also very forthcoming with recommendations locally. Apartment is modern and spotless, bed comfortable. Would stay again and thoroughly recommend, thanks for a lovely stay”

“조용하고 위치가 좋습니다 밀라노 대성당과 가까워요 다만 건물과 시설에서 연식이 느껴집니다 유럽여행은 거의 하루종일 밖에 있게 되어서 숙소는 최대한 적게 지출하려고 호스텔로 이용했는데요 진짜 잠만자고 조용하면 된다는 생각이시면 이용하셔도 좋을것 같습니다 지저분한건 전혀 아닌데 연식에서 오는 한계인것 같습니다 체크인 전 시간이 애매할때 무료락커가 준비되어 있어서 편리하게 관광했어요 ”

“I don’t think I will stay there again after stayed 3 nights.. When I talked with the staff when we arrived she said they will provide the water more if we want so I thought they will give us more free water. I asked another staff in the evening and he said if we finish free bottle then just drink water in the fridge and pay for it. He shouted on the phone and even I asked him to come to my room to show the price list he kept yelling at me in front of my mom. We paid almost 1200 euro for 3 nights...

“good: local experience (a room in apartment, separate bathroom & shared kitchen), location (close to center) bad: noisy... we took the room close to the lift, and the alert sound kept us surprised at night. no cleaning service for 3 nights (towels not changed)”

“Struggled to get into the bath to shower,, the bath is broke & it can fit up to at least 4 people inside. I don’t like bath but I had to get in to shower”
