“Everything was great except, lunch Buffet was over run on Sunday with day pass guests.”

“Well the only thing l like about the property was the people. Most were very friendly. The hotel itself was terrible. It can use a makeover starting from the entrance, the lobby, and the rooms. In all my travels, l have never stayed in such a run down place. My luck, l had a first room with mildew all over the walls. The floor tiles were broken. The shower had mildew. The toilet seat looked like something that was there since the hotel opened up. Something you would find in a gas station toilet....

“Hola, he estado en club paradise muchas veces; destacar la atención del personal, todos muy atentos y serviciales. La comida es decente (aunque se ve el descuido en este tema y en otros en el lapso del tiempo) la fruta es una fruta entera, nisiquiera la pican. Tienen pesebreras (pareciera que a los ponys solo les dan pasto y no más, nisiquiera los bañan; huelen muy mal las pesebreras. Conozco el club desde el inicio, tiene una gran piscina y tiene acceso al charco, son sus mas grandes...

“Deben mejorar las condiciones de las habitaciones, están un poco deterioradas, la limpieza también, sobre todo los baños de la piscina que estaban en pésima condiciones de limpieza.”

“You wouldn't expect what kind of buffet they have.. You better find cheapest hotel and go for restaurants not in hotel.”

“We got an all inclusive, by the moment we wanted to eat some snacks there was nothing available, restaurant was under maintenance/construction When asked the staff about it, they seem didn't care much, just saying sorry about this. No recommended at all.”
