โCheck in was a breeze and very friendly. I had an issue with the lobby coffee machine - charged me $6 for hot water, instead of coffee. I do not see that I have been credited yet for the first cup I didnโt receive. great lobby and bar area. The rooms were very spacious. I appreciated having the bedroom separate from the living room. The room had microwave and fridge, along with coffee and tea choices. Definitely would stay again!โ
โI live in Columbus and this hotel is my go-to for when I need a local, affordable hotel room for a night or two. The employees, specifically the front desk employees, are wonderful. The rooms are quiet and clean. It can get very dark and cold if you want it to be, which I love when I sleep.
If youโre not familiar with the area, itโs surrounded by other hotels so itโs a quiet spot. I highly recommend rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The first floor rooms are less nice, in my opinion.โ
