“This location has easy IH access with several dinning options and coffee shops; this is always very convenient for my travel needs. Rooms are always clean and quiet; it’s hard to believe even with its close proximity to the highway but it is a good place to rest and prepare for the next morning. The evening staff is the one I interact more and have all positive feedback to share - always kind and helpful. This is one of my favorite business travel properties to stay and recommend.”

“- stained sheets - 2 dead crickets near the bed - shower was leaking really bad”

“만족합니다.”

“Good location. Quiet rooms. Airport shuttle was convenient Had short stay so didn’t use much amenities but planning to stay here again”

“No indoor/covered access to garage. If it’s raining you’re screwed. Towel guy came knocking at our door at midnight asking if we needed more towels. Why at midnight?? Hotel ran out of luggage carts the day we had to check out. Please invest in more luggage carts. Carpet in our room was dirty and had several stains.”

“The thing that stood out to me most was how clean everything was. There was a fresh clean smell from the moment I walked in the front. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous with me. I was several hours ahead of check in time and she allowed me to check in early which was what I really needed. You guys truly added to my experience in Austin. I come from Honolulu where hospitality is really high but H.I.E is right up there with them. Mahalo to you Holiday inn.”

“Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and a lot to choose from. Only complaint is $3.00 parking fee since it’s just a flat lot rather than a secure, gated parking garage.”
