"Clean hotel, freindly and knowledgeable staff at front desk. Well decorated and nice surroundings. Bartenders were attentive but overloaded, for the Dave Matthews Concerts, they should have more help. One complaint. If you are tall, or even slightly disabled, all the toilets in this hotel are about 4 inches off of the ground. There are no hand rails to help you up. Prepare to do a full squat. Also the only handicap toilet in the multi-stalled lobby restroom was out of order. I do not know if the toilets in the handicap"

"The W Philly is a perfect location for all points of the city, walkable to many attraction and there is a subway stop on the end of the block too should you be heading to a ballgame. The staff was very friendly and helpful to suggest local places etc. The roof deck pool area was a wonderful break area from the city. I will definitely be returning for my next trip."
