“Redwing was v clean and the staff v helpful. However, it was advertised as having a snooker table and games in a have room but there was only a fruit machine. Also the air conditioning in the bar/dining area didn't work. Although there was a bar with gin, there was no tonic!!! It was an extremely hot week and the bedrooms were very hot but the fans provided did little to help.1 of the beds in the twin room really needs a new mattress as it was completely sunken in the middle and I would suggest...

“Our room had no air conditioning and was above the kitchen, which made us both noisy and uncomfortably hot. The children really struggled to sleep, which meant no sleep for us either. Staff were nice and the room was clean but if only stay again in the winter months.”
