“Customer service is exceptional. When we checked in, we had a second floor, and some construction was happening on the floor above. The front desk staff were accommodating and placed us on the fifth floor. We are delighted with the time we spent there. We highly recommend the hotel.”

“Had a wonderful but brief stay. The hotel is beautiful - like a Victorian club but with all the modern amenities. The staff are responsive and welcoming. Our room was luxurious (small but to be expected for Europe) with all the amenities, including milk in the bar fridge for us tea drinkers.
