"VIP Lounge was great! Concierge services were exceptional. Clean room and comfy bed. Great location. Be aware of no escalator or lift at the central line marble arch tube station. Lots of stairs to lug a heavy bag. "

"Property rooms were small but that was to be expected due to the location. This hotel was centrally located and you get easy access to the tube station. I would 100% stay here again. There were also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable too. Only downside was very narrow hallways and very small elevator. "

Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "
