Hotel is listed as a "suite" hotel, it is not. Doesnt have all the furniture for a suite. 1st room we checked into only had a table and no chairs, second room had a table and chair but the furniture was old and not up to date. Tv was ok, remote didnt coinside with the tv cable company and closed caption could not be turned off. Carpet in rooms were old and not cleaned. Beds were worn and mattresses needed to be turned or replaced. Breakfast was surely poor. Only cereals or waffles. Coffee was poor. Too many potted plants that needed help....lobby furniture was old and needed repair. Pool was cloudy, needed some heat. Tile in pool area was loose and unsafe. Outside garbage cans needed to be emptied. We stayed here for a family function because it was close. May not stay again.

It’s an old Holiday Inn and it needs some work. Front desk person at check in wasn’t at all interested in us being there and it was apparent

Our room did not look like it had been vacuumed - against the baseboards was very dirty and crumby. It looked like there was blood behind the toilet against the wall. The shower was rocky - the floor bowed underneath you when you stood in the middle. Additionally the shower looked stained in areas. The hallway smelled strongly of air freshener covering marijuana smoke. There was a fly trap hanging in the lobby hallway. Finally, it advertised a continental breakfast that was not available We did not expect luxury in this small town but also didn’t expect the poor quality of this hotel either.

During our stay on the night of 04/12/2024, someone removed our daughter-in-law's license plate off of her vehicle, it was located on another vehicle next to hers. Law enforcement was called and they had the vehicle towed. When my son and his family arrived, their was room was dirty, medicine bottle found, old food, dirty floor, and bed did not have clean sheets. He assisted the desk clerk to get things cleaned up and was told there would be a discount. On Saturday morning, I went to desk and asked for receipts for the rooms - 123 & 125. I was told they would be e-mailed to me. I still waiting for them.

Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast isn’t very good at all. Usually most hotels have some type of snack cake or pastry at least and this place does not! Literally bread and waffles and plan nasty cereal. I don’t even think there was bagels. And the waffle mix container looks like it’s never been cleaned… it has loaded up crusted hard waffle mix all over it. But on a better note my kids and I had a really good time staying at this hotel. The staff is really nice and the hotel is very clean!

Very unkept. Rooms are dirty and don’t smell clean. Cigarette burn on our bathroom counter. Floors were visibly dirty. Had what looked like mold inside the ice cubes from the ice machine. Very noisy if you have people above you. Smoke detector went off for no reason at 1am. Won’t be back.

Feux hard wood floors were not very clean. Makes the room louder than carpet while trying to sleep especially with the heating/cooling unit running. This is vital to mask the other ambiant noise associated with staying in a hotel. Bathtub wouldn't drain.

After unpacking and sitting down we saw a cockroach on the tv stand. We packed up and got out as quickly as possible. Went down to checkout and told them we refuse to stay. They did cancel our reservation without question.

The windows and curtains were filthy. Neither one has been cleaned in quite a while. The door had a half inch gap in it that rattled every time someone open and close a door down the hallway, the door leading outside and into the pool area would not lock the local people came over and partied in the pool would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We stopped earlier than we wanted due to rainstorm. In the stress and hassle to find a place, I selected a single-bed room instead of a double. Staff was kind enough to change for us

Uneventful one night stay. Motel needs refreshed. The property wasn't poor but not very good. Breakfast was included. The Missouri Hick Barbeque restaurant was the highlight of the stay. We used One Key Travel App which was helpful for our 17-day trip to Route 66. Got exactly what we paid for at this motel.

They had bed bugs or flees in room 226. We where eaten up bites. all over our bodies. Spent my whole vacation catching.
