"Maintenance was in need of improvement after two calls to repair a closet door that was falling off they fixed it by just removing the entire door. Keys didn’t work. To unlock door. Walked to desk they reprogrammed them. Walked back to room and still unable to get into the room. Had to wait for a maintenance person to arrive. Never left toilet paper Had to get it at the front desk."

"The room was clean and smells clean. Staffs are very helpful and greeted me enthusiastically. It was a place that I was expecting to be in and relax after a long drive. The pool was nice, heated and relaxing. Highly recommended."

"Room was great. Staff were helpful. But the pool area could use a redesign. There is no bathroom outside and towels are only available in your room. We had no towels to use the pool since we got there early but weren’t yet checked in. Also no airport shuttle."

"The property itself was very nice and well kept. The maintenance and cleaning staff were very creepy men and made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay. It’s something to think about if you are solo traveling. The area was nice, amenities were great, but I would not return here."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and the room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, air conditioning was set at a very comfortable temperature. The pool area was great and so relaxing! Breakfast selection could have been a bit better but we loved how early they served it. Also, we were told that the bicycle rental was only until 5 pm. We initially planned to bike to old town and therefore weren’t able to do that."

"Great property outside of old town. We really enjoyed the serene environment with the turtles and private beaches. Breakfast was great! We didn’t have a car so we rented bikes and did the 15 minute ride to Duval. Great place to experience the keys vibe. It’s not old town, but if you have a lot of activities planned, it’s a great home base to see the lower keys"
