โWe loved our one night stay at The Russell. Beautiful neighborhood and we were able to walk to dinner and then our show at Basement East. Complimentary snacks and waters!! Dyson hair dryer! Easy checkin and great communication. Recommend!โ
โIncredible trip! The room was the best room weโve personally stayed in, eco friendly, loved the over the top hotel breakfast & view. Location was good/safe and in the middle of everything we wanted to do. โ
โIn general, it was nice place to stay.
There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
โLove the hotel.. staff is great.. amenities are great. Location is greatโฆ, weekends are a bit loud outside of the hotel especially if there is a show at the amphitheater which is very close by. The noise can be heard in your room depending which direction your room may be facing โ
โI was very pleased with my stay. It was within close proximity to downtown, just a quick Uber away. There is no staff on-site, but the help number will connect you with a lovely receptionist to assist with any confusion. The room was immaculate. Parking was convenient.10/10โ
โPerfect location to Broadway, printers alley, restaurants and the riverfront. Loved the free coffee bar in the lobby, skipped Starbucks and made my chai tea latte every morning. Super spacious rooms with lots of luxury touches (loved the dimmable light switches). Sky deck was a great place to relax with great views especially if ur room has no windows. โItโs an awesome place to stay. 6 blocks from broadway and weโre able to walk to many museums and the farmers market. Staff were always polite and smiling every day. Restaurant upstairs had fantastic food and staff were great. โ
