"I think it is a 5 stars hotel. Well, it is well deserved. there is nothing wrong about it, and I understand now why they charge much more than the usual hotel in Manila. Everything is perfect. Staff, room, amenities, even for a normal, lower price room (still expensive) you have it for your money. If you have the money to stay, and you want the royal treatment... go there."

"The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and cheerful. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were so good I wanted to take them home. The variety at the buffet breakfast was more than adequate and the restaurant provided a variety of cuisines and well cooked food. Views from both our rooms and the rooftop were wonderful. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We were a family group and the children were disappointed that they couldn’t swim. More frequent shuttles to the Mall of Asia would have been appreciated. I strongly recommend a visit to the excellent Museo del Galeon at the Mall of Asia."
