The spaciousness of the room, the quality of the hospitality and customer service was great, top of the top! Salome I think is the manager and she was lovely to chat with while having breakfast. She told us about the Japanese Cultural Exchange Festival that was happening in town and we stumbled upon it and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room, the breakfast and service were wonderful! Their shuttle service is also great. Hana the hostess was very sweet and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay. We also enjoyed our massages at the spa. We’re looking forward to coming back!

We had booked for a week , but the hotel and management were so lovely we stayed 7 weeks , the breakfast was good , the pools and gym were nice , the rooms were comfortable, the only downside it is hard to walk around that is not the hotel fault , but hoi an there not many side walks , and if they there is side walks the scooters park on them , one of the best hotels we have stayed in hoi an , thank you everyone that made a stay special.

Great stay.

The stay was lovely. We were close to everything we wanted to see. It was super comfortable and everyone was so nice. They let us check out an extra 3 hours due to our travel, couldnt be more accommodating. We had several spa treatments, body wrap, scrub, massage, pedicure, even a massage for my 9 year old with me. Really professional and good price. Cluldnt recommend more, we were sad to go.

Ezra the food manager was outstanding. Very helpful and courteous. The food selection and the fruit artistry were excellent. Overall service in the hotel is excellent. The bank (ATM)is close to the hotel. No complaints. Free shuttle service to ancient city and to a bang beach.

Lovely Place for some downtime

Great hotel, quite remote but quite nice to relax and for some down time. Shared pool which was very quiet, unfortunately when it was cloudy they decided to clean it so it only got to use one day, no issues really. Our room was really nice, the air conditioning unit was broken/dripping like crazy, they gave us a towel to stop the flooding but the noise of the dripping was slightly annoying. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Little Oasis Hoi An was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming every time we entered the building. Check-in was easy and seamless. We were impressed by all the services available at the hotel including the day spa with easy, quick bookings and pool bar. Breakfast was amazing. Full international buffet breakfast with so many amazing things on offer. Many of the staff speak very good English and are very helpful to answer questions about the local area and book tours for us. A great experience! We hope to return again soon!

Deserves its 10/10! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, amaaaazing breakfast… I can’t say enough good things! The front desk AND kitchen staff have been kind and patient even when it was so crowded. They go above and beyond for the guests. A big thank you all! One only improvement area : the luggage storage, they offer to keep your luggage and I left mine with my passport, money etc, I found out at the end of the day that it was placed outside by the open door of the hotel with no direct surveillance… surely there is a better way to store them.

Beautiful little retreat

A lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good as far as hotel food goes, and the service was always quick and with a smile. The room was very clean and absolutely huge. The breakfast was probably the best I had on my trip, with fantastic barista coffee made every morning. Spa was also an absolute treat - incredible value for money and one of the nicest spa treatments I've ever had. Only slight negatives were the location, which was not easy to walk anywhere. Made up for with the free shuttle to and from the old town. Noise level was also quite loud as any sound from the hotel (dining entertainment, kids running around) carried straight up into the rooms due to the hotel design. As someone who lives in the city, it never impacted my sleep but if you're a light sleeper, it might be worth bringing ear plugs.

Little Oasis team/people went above and beyond during my stay. They provide a service that one would expect from a 5 star hotel with genuine warm, kind hospitality and a very tastefully decorated hotel with a great finish. The breakfast and dinner were of high quality and delicious. There is an hourly shuttle service to omd town which takes 10 mins and a shuttle servjce to the beach. The spa treatments are great too! I cannot fault their service and hospitality. Thanks to Salumi (GM), Hana, Rose, Ellena, waitresses at breakfast and all the staff at the hotel. Lona the spa therapists is gifted at massage! Thanks to her I felt my muscle aches ease dramatically.

Lovely area, shuttles to the old town in one direction and the beach area in the other made it a great place to be. The hotel had great facilities, the staff were attentive and helpful but not over the top. Spa was excellent and the food was good. Pools and bars were good and the room was large with all the mod cons and huge bath! Hard pressed to think of any improvements, would definately return
