Loved the location. Quiet street with plenty of coffee shops nearby, and close to food spots. Host was very friendly. We had a small leak in the ceiling and they offered to give us a room swap, which you don’t always get if you report a problem. We also got a change of towels and clean bedding during a five day stay. And having a washer machine is a massive plus!

When looking for a place for this trip, I wanted a place that feels like home and this place is everything I was looking for!! We had a 2 bedroom kitchen living room with everything we needed for our 10 days stay! I was actually sad on my last day leaving this place! Will definitely come back!! The staff are very welcoming and accommodating! They would go above and beyond to help! We did rent a motorcycle to ride around the city and the process was painless! It was also cheap. It seems like they have a lot of motorcycles available for guests to rent. The place is right at the heart of the city, near the supermarkets, local markets, and a lot of street food. It was also not too far to go to the beach (about 10 minutes drive).

I was misled by the wonderful rating that this hotel has on Hotels.com. The lady on reception was very friendly & tried to be helpful & was apologetic. But we had several issues, the most annoying being that the washing machine didn't work & this was the main reason I had booked this place. A guy came & tried to fix it, but to no avail. My husband eventually got it going, on quick 20 minute cycle, but even then had to keep coaxing it along. They said they'd get it fixed while we were there, but this did not happen. Apartment had kitchen, but unfortunately not enough utensils eg no sharp/serrated knives, no teatowels, no chux cloths. Also no washers in bathroom. So to wash ourselves with the bath gel provided we had to use their handtowels. Apartment was lovely & spacious, so a pity these negative things, which could be easily remedied, spoilt it a bit. The pool & pool area is very small on top of building, but with an interesting view. But the pool was not clean. We pulled out quite a few pieces of plastic, it was mouldy in lots of places & it was losing a lot of tiles. It needed a lot of tlc.

清潔な部屋、床は大理石調で素足で OK という感じ。 新しい洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋にあるのはありがたい。これで1泊3500円、とてもお値打ち、 ハエもいない。wifi も強力 テレビでは CNBC と CNN が映る。 1階がカフェになっていて 店番 兼受付係の女性たちは 親切でアットホーム 残念なのは とても小さな冷蔵庫 それとコンビニが近くにないこと スーパー ダナビ マート500ｍ、でかいGO ダナン800ｍはあるが、水とかビールとかポテチとかちょっと買う コンビニが近くに見当たらなかった

オーナーたちがみなさん親切です。 洗濯機の使い方がわからず何度も部屋に来てもらいましたが、丁寧に教えてくださいました。掃除の方も丁寧です。 ホテルではなく、とてもアットホームな一部屋貸しという感じです。ローカルな宿泊施設が希望だったらとても良いと思います！

最終日に利用しました。とてもリーズナブルだったので、コスパとしては満足しています。 部屋の設備は行き届いていて、洗濯乾燥機もあってとても助かりました。細かく見ていくと、部屋の劣化を感じる箇所もありましたが、価格なりかと思いました。スイカをサービスで持ってきていただいて、子供は大喜びでした。
