“I did not get the King Size bed room I reserved and was put in a double bed room. I was told Expedia reservations come behind direct reservations even though I made my reservation a month in advance. A loud banging sound woke us up several nights in a row. The A/C spit damp air into the room and it was musty smelling. The tub drained slowly and the tub faucet was ready to fall off. When we tried to use the laundry there was no change available at the hotel and was told to go to the local grocery...

“This is the best stay in the area, clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was attentive, professional and friendly. I missed the breakfast, but noted the breakfast area was clean & inviting. The fact that Outback Steakhouse was adjacent was a plus. It was a pleasant stay and I will definitely stay again.”

“The AC definitely kept the room cold. Breakfast was the same each morning, but did include eggs and sausage as well as waffles and cereal, oatmeal muffins, etc. We did not evaluate the pool. Ice machine worked. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. This is more of a classic motel set up with the doors facing outward toward the parking lot and has units on only 2 stories. It is also obviously an older facility, but our room seemed quite well kept. The staff we met were great and accommodating...

Our shower curtain rod seemed like it was going to fall out of the wall and we were paranoid that it would fall out if we touched the curtain; we were worried that they would make us pay for it, saying it was our fault. “It seemed like a fairly new hotel. Great location. The room was clean and everything worked well. My husband whined because there was no pool, but other than that, no issues. If you are in the odd numbered room, except to hear road noise and train horns through out the night.”
