"Room was spacious and modern with good amenities. The balcony was a plus. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is surrounded by a few food choices and convenience store but itโs easy uber ride to Yongpyong nearby for more options. The resort is ski in and out so itโs super convenient. The resort lobby has a cafe with good coffee, thatโs a plus. "

"Many come to Mona Resort for the picturesque beauty, but what makes our trip truly meaningful was the genuune character of the staff. That was the true miracle; the human touch. Every single staff member from Bliss Hill to the Chalet to the front desk to the Bakery left an indelible mark on our family's ski lodge experience. Thank you."
InterContinental Pyeongchang Resort Alpensia by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"It's our first time back in 9 years, and the hotel had maintained fairly well. Rooms are comfortable, but getting dated. The blankets used were too warm, even for winter. We were in - 10 deg weather but sweating under the blanket. Ended up needing to open the balcony door to get some cool breeze to help, and we come from a tropical country. Breakfast was decent, but do wake up early for it, as it starts getting crowded at 8.30am "
"Mostly equipped
But inconvenient that laundry did not function and that we were not notified about the spa needing reservations?
But the other amenities like the billiards table and karaoke were amazing! "
