Your staff in the resort was amazing as . they helped us direct us and explain everything i cannot fault them at all very good . I went back the next day and the concierge was very helpful wasn't he some one maybe something you could follow up on as i wouldn't someone else experiencing that at such a gorgeous 5 star resort"
