"We enjoyed our stay at the Lagoons. Very friendly staff. We had a family room, the kitchen was well stocked, spacious family area with sofa and large flatscreen TV. The porch area has table and chairs leading onto private loungers divided by a safey fence. There are two bbq areas poolside in the centre concourse which are well maintained and equipped - we used these a few times. The pool is also good which the kids loved."

"The property is beautiful and well kept. All the common areas were quite nice. Beautiful waterfall and koi pond. The rooms are dated and in need of some refreshing. The carpets are dirty and there isn't much space in the room to put your things, just a small table. The breakfast is basic but has a little of everything. It's the same every day. Which could be a good thing or bad thing based on what you like. The price seemed expensive for what you get but everything in port Douglas is expensive."
