"Everything was excellent except, when I checked out, my room key did not let me out of the parking. I was given another key specifically to let me out that did not work. I tried calling reception but never got an answer. Could not locate security to let me out, the car behind me was nice enough to let me out"

"I called at 3pm for a shuttle at the airport which is 5 minutes away. I didn’t get picked up until two hours later. There is no water, only coffee in the check in area. There are no amenities. Quality Inn across the street would have picked me up in 10 minutes and they offer a full breakfast in the morning."
