“The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible hair in the bathtub, grime and debris along baseboards and surfaces, and one of the towels provided had visible staining and did not appear clean. I also observed multiple insects in the room, including in the bathroom. More concerning, the room door did not function properly. “Front desk clerk not welcoming. Not pne smile Sheet fit like a queen on a king bed. Would not cover mattress. Food was good. ”

“Hotel was nice and staff were great. The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. The furniture in the room was scratched and peeling and there was mold in the corners of the bathroom walls.”

“Room is excellent with great harbor view. Staff is ok. Breakfast quite so so and not cheap. And there’s $40 extra charge in addition to room rate and tax, which was a bit unexpected.”

“Convenient location, room was sort of clean, used toilet paper roll and a makeup towel with lipstick stains was left in our room but no smell to the room, kind of had a sewage smell outside but it wasn’t too bad, they have free breakfast but the eggs smelled bad so we went across the street for McDonald’s. Can hear everything outside of your room we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and walking by our room even with the door shut.Pool is not heated so wasn’t accessible yet....
