“The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working.”

“The staff were incredibly kind and caring. Late at night, I suddenly started bleeding heavily and needed to go to the emergency room. As a foreigner, using the emergency and hospital system in China was honestly very difficult and overwhelming for me, but the staff did everything they could to help. “Absolutely gorgeous and new hotel in Chongqing. Staff were incredible and attentive.”

“The room, was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast not so good but they have multiple options to pick from”

“spacious and well equipped room. Although hotel is far from main attractions, didi is cheap so staying here is not a problem. Staff service is excellent except for the front service staff who wanted to charge me if I ask for more than 4 bottles of drinking water. Eventually they didn’t charge me for extra bottles of drinking water. The cleaning staff gave me as many bottles of drinking water as I want. We left 4 bottles in the room when we left.”
