"Stayed here for 3 nights in lovely Banff . Great location for walking or bike riding around the lake /golf course . Only negative is the renovations .. we were told about them after booking . The gym was tiny and the pool had workmen there every day . We also overlooked a building sight which was very dusty and noisy ."

"Very disappointing experience at this chalet. Even though it was very expensive, the amenities were not up to the mark at all. The bed sheets were dirty, and there was a bad smell throughout the room. Cleanliness and maintenance were really poor. We expected much better service and hygiene for the price we paid. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone."
