"The vending machine on the third floor was totally empty. Had to go to WaWa to get a drink and snacks. Air conditioner in our room didn’t work to well didn’t cool the room. Bathroom vent was loud and dirty."

"The room was clean, but the shower should be cleaned. The pool needed attention outside on the deck, the floor, furniture and especially the tables should be cleaned. Enjoy the breakfast with the variety of different dishes. They needed to have varieties of teas."

"Fantastic location. Chose to be bayside this vacation, but the ocean side was just a hop,skip, and a jump away. Breakfast was included. Very nice breakfast buffet! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an exceptional stay. Rooms very clean and roomy. Air conditioner worked very well. Private parking for vehicles. Would definitely book another stay at the Hyatt Place."

"The hot breakfast was AMAZING! The hotel was clean, but smelled like a weird mix of lavender, vanilla, and sweaty armpit. The front desk staff were very helpful and we loved the later checkout time of 11:00 AM! Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Although the SALT WATER pool is small and fills up quickly, we had a great time swimming in it. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, but the cost was reasonable! Overall, we had a lovely and memorable family vacation!"
