โWe had a lovely short stay at The Feathers. The room was lovely, with an amazing bathtub and, best of all, AIR CONDITIONING, which we really appreciated as it was unusually hot during our visit.
The room was also very quiet at night - we heard hardly anything from the pub. I recommend the pub itself too, lovely decor and very friendly staff.
We would definitely stay there again, and absolutely recommend it to other travellers.

โYet another great stay at the Castle. Rooms always warm and clean but if you want operating theatre cleanliness this is perhaps not the place for you! We love this place for its character and of course the peacocks. Staff always friendly and helpful. See you again in a few weeks!โ

โBeautiful stay passing through the my way to London as a pair of 24 year old year Americans. The experience is tailor for all ages, but especially retirees who are traveling in the area. The service was incredible, food was cooked by the husband and the wife was kind a kind and generous hostess (Apologies for not remembering their names was exhausted when I asked). The room was stunning, very well kept with all the amenities I needed. The highlight was waking up the the sounds of birds chirping...
โAn enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full.
Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to ยฃ9 as ยฃ13 bit steep, we would have had more.!

โWe had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. โ
