"Room is quite and clean, but I hate that all double-double suites are facing inside that even during the day are "kinda" dark and you don't get real light sun inside them."

"There was no staff. I checked in on a Maxine and spoke with someone off site probably in India. The machine was broken and would not print so I got no receipt. She said to write down the room info myself but I had no pen/paper and there was none in the small office. The internet did not work for me. The fire alarm was broken with top off and no battery. Carpet was more than grungy. The only saving grace was that the sheets appeared clean and the outside patio was lovely. No coffee in room and not even a single glass for water. No phone in the room. With a little effort this could have been a nice place but it is far from there now."

"Water pressure was so low that I couldn't wash my hair because of having thick hair and it would have taken me an hour to take the shampoo out of my hair. There was hair all over the bathtub. There was too much traffic noise, I felt like our room was in the middle of the freeway. Very bad experience."

"Room wasn’t on the same level as a Hilton but definitely comfortable. I enjoyed the balcony a lot. The rooms were a really decent size and my kids definitely enjoyed them. The bathroom is a bit small but big enough for us. But the hot water is a little finicky. The pool was heated which was super nice and the hot tub was awesome. The parking lot is a little dirty but not too bad overall. Unfortunately no microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the lobby. Coffee bar was basic but still useful and they have a “store” downstairs that you can use your deposit to pay (charge to room) so we really enjoyed that for our kids. Staff was 50/50, not totally unhelpful but things like when I asked about the laundry room I got all the way up there with my laundry to find out you have to get coins from the front desk. Just would’ve been nice to know that when I was inquiring lol but otherwise good."
