“1. Room: We were assigned suite 4. The window in the kids’ room had no glass, only a mosquito net. We asked to be changed to a normal room but they didn’t have any left. The staff tried to fit in a plexiglass and as the measures would not coincide with those of the window, decided to seal it with blue tape… The room decor is dated and the furniture inside and outside shows signs of wear and tear. Some rooms had mosquito nets in the balcony doors, some didn’t… The overall level of cleaning...
