“Amazing”

“Beautiful beach area! Some rooms are updated and others seem rundown. The beach area is unbeatable and location to airport is perfect!”

“Property was kept clean by hard working staff. Food was excellent at all venues. Staff was courteous and helpful. Beach was the highlight of our trip. Overall, we think this all inclusive resort is our best so far. The only question i have is why do we always have to ask beach staff to setup the needed loungers instead of having each palapas prepared in advance with 2 loungers. Wouldn't that serve the customers better? Unless you do it this way to solicit customers to give more tips. I noticed...

“Five star vacation! Everything was great, except for the food at some of the restaurants, which I'd give four stars. The buffets were very good but the menu offerings at the restaurants was limited and not the best quality. It was good but not top shelf. Everything else was top shelf especially the staff. We were well taken care of at all times at every venue by the excellent staff. The main pool and the beach were joys!”

“Had a great one week stay at the Barcelo. Clean rooms, pleasant staff for the most part. The location can’t be beat. Right on Palm beach and across from a vibrant shop and food area. The food at the resort was okay, do not expect gourmet offerings and you will not be disappointed. Will be back.”

“Amazing experience”

“I highly recommend staying at the Radisson, the staff there was so pleasant. It is beautiful and clean.”

“muy cerca del supermercado y de la playa. lindas habitaciones”

“The food was amazing, our room was very clean, and house keeping was offered every day. Great view from our balcony as well of the resort and the ocean.”

“We came for our honeymoon during the off season! The staff at the front desk and restaurants were amazing! Shout out to Mario from windows restaurant, he made our honeymoon dinner absolutely amazing! We also had a lovely experience with a woman from the concierge desk (so sorry I can’t remember her name). The pools and property are lovely and the beach walk is phenomenal. Beach view is amazing! Absolutely stunning! It’s nice to have access to multiple resorts (depending on the package you get...

“Everything was great other than not being told about the adult pool being under construction and not usable until check in. This was one of the reasons we booked the hotel and we were disappointed to find out we could not access it for our entire trip.”
