“Loved the experience. We had to check out early and book a flight home. Don’t think we’ll be able to get a refund. Not able to contact anyone at Expedia. I will not book this way again.”

“Coffee was high-grade; room was fine; safe, small-town feel. Friendly staff. Only issue was the safe. There is a $2 fee for using the safe per day. When you pay $200 or more per night for a room, such fees for an item that always "free" elsewhere just kind of rubs me the wrong way.”

“Very nice place will stay at again”

“It's an older Hotel, but it's still very nice for the price and the area. The room was quite, the beds are nice. Breakfast was very nice, There was a wide veriety to choose from.”

“Parking was the only issue. Not enough spaces for the number of units. Other than that perfect”

“Quiet, bucolic countryside views of”

“The cottage looks nice in photos and they do keep it as clean as they can; however, it is very rundown. We were bothered by the strong smell of fabric softener (gives us migraines) and mildew. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom narrow and dark, and overall, we just had “the creeps” the whole time. So much so that we left early. Honestly, we expected more for the price. You can find better options in the area for what we paid.”

“Ick”

“We have been coming to this cabin for almost 15 years & it never disappoints. You get the secluded Northwoods feeling while having the highway nearby making it easily accessible. The hosts do an excellent job leaving amenities & keeping the property kept up. We have been going to Florida for the past few years for our summer vacation & my 10 year old said this was his favorite vacation yet.”
