The staff went above and beyond in making sure that we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our stay. On our last day, we forgot some items in the hotel and the staff made sure that our items reached us at the airport before our international flight. "The only thing I did not like is how the handled the blackout we had they would not even give us batteries for the flashlight that was in the room you couldn’t talk to anyone or move us to another hotel they were not accommodating about the whole situation and the manager was no where to be found but thank god the lights came back on 2 hours later "
