“I stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.”

“As far as our room trash was only emptied once in our room 1 time in three days no beds made. And ants were every where. There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants.”

“This was our first stay at The Parkman and we loved it. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable. The in room coffee was very good! The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations.”

“The room was clean and check in instructions were easy to follow. Breakfast was delicious each day. Parking was fine but sometimes not enough space to park at the end of the day. Not too much they can do about that. The only thing that was lacking was not enough utensils/plates/bowls etc in the room. The view was amazing and the property provided a great deal of privacy. I would definitely recommmend this location and stay here again.”

“Great hotel to stay at when you have a flight out at the Knoxville airport. I was able to work comfortably at the work station in my room and got a good night's sleep before my flight out.”

“I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

“Grounds had weeds all over, black mold in bathroom, shower mat had large hole in the middle of it. Lack of detail on keeping the place up.”

“The property itself was nice, but the room was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in for a long time. And the caulking in the shower needed to be replaced. There was mold in it. Other than that it was fine.”

“DISGUSTING!!!! I have NEVER left a bad review until now. This place was absolutely awful. Roaches crawling on the walls. Stains on the towels. A brown poop looking substance on the wall beside the toilet. Staines that appeared to be either blood or Taco Bell sauce on walls and doors. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Floors unswept. Worms walking on the walls. Stains on curtains. This was a first and last for me within 10 minutes of walking into the room.”
