Wow just wow! We’ve recently returned from a ten day trip and loved every minute of it. From the beginning the hotel was very accommodating. They provided a proper cot, mattress, duvet and pillow for our one year old and even left a cuddly toy for him which was a lovely touch. I’d asked to be put in a quiet area by the pool which we were. Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great Family Hotel

Second year running at this wonderful hotel right on the promenade. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a fantastic selection of food for all tastes. Brilliantly located, left to the marina with shops and restaurants and right to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Was excellent was really close to everything brilliant location especially if your young right in the middle of everything you could want water sports nights out food shops over all the hotel was amazing everyone was berry helpful and friendly and being someone who's Spanish is very bad they were able to help me so much. Rooms and beds were very clean ans comfortable to be in didn't feel cramped in one room

From the moment I entered it the folks behind the desk were very helpful and courteous.ln particular Geronimo was very helpful but indeed all the staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the room were cleaned daily. I would highly recommend THB Flora

Direct access to sandy beach bay. You walk down a few stairs and you are on the beach and close to the water. Being close to the hotel and the beach enabled us to enjoy the All Inclusive offer (cocktails, lunch, snacks). You can rent out 2 sun chairs + sunshade for 13.50€ a day or ask for discounts for more days. We paid 32€ for 3 days. The food and drinks were really nice, international and of good quality.
