“Mary @ Front Desk was more than just that, she is a superstar and made us feel important and not invisible. She went above and beyond to help us when our reservation was canceled even after we were checked in.... it was a nightmare, but she helped us immensely. I will recommend The Spark to anyone traveling in Waldorf! We will also be back in the future.”

“Bathroom had mold, mattress on pull out couch was filthy. No blankets, windows shade was ripped. Parking lot had wine and beer bottles over it.”

“샬롬! 저희는 지난 2월에 아이들과 함께 숙소로 햄프턴을 선정하였습니다. 아침임에도 푸짐하고 와플을 직접구워서 먹는것이 지금도 생각이 자주날정도입니다. 직원분들이 아주 친절하게 대해주지는 않지만 그렇다고 해서 숙박객을 무시하는 것은 아닙니다. 특히 저희 아이들이 체크인과 아웃을 하면서 영어를 하지 못했음에도 불고하고 모든 것을 잘 알아서 해 주시는 노하우가 있었습니다. 다른 고객과의 마찰을 걱정했었는데 전혀 그런것 없었구요 심지어 경찰 1분이 저녁마다 상주해 계셨습니다. 참고마운일 그리고 주차에 대한 것은 까다롭지 않고 자유롭습니다.”

“The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite.”

“The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies.”

“Shower only had hot water and the AC didn't work. Maintenance said they fixed it but the did not. Left one night early because it was unbearable.”

“it was clean and quiet and quite good price. However, it was far from the Washington D.C., arond 30 min. Breakfast was not so good. In my case, the most important things were comfortable bed and clean room as well as price, so, i'm satisfied with this hotel. I'd like to recommand to others.”

“To begin, upon our arrival, there were several individuals in the lobby who appeared to be local residents loitering in the area. The lobby itself was generally unclean, creating a poor first impression. The elevator was also dirty, and the hallway leading to our room had a strong animal odor. “Towels & wash cloths were very DINGY, which calls into question the bed clothes as well. Also a complete lapse of communication /coordination between front desk shifts resulted in unnecessary stress and complication for check in of the 2 rooms I had reserved”

“This was by far the worst Motel I've ever stayed in. Holes in the wall, paper peeling off in the bathroom dead cockroaches on the walls and furniture, no sign of any cleaning being done and the Motel itself would benefit from being demolished.”

“This location and property were amazing! There was an issue with the AC the first night and the hosts responded immediately. It ended up being the battery and they came out that night to change it as soon as we asked. They were incredibly attentive and kind. The master bed and bath were gorgeous and spacious.
