“A beautiful location it reminded us of being on the mountains in Italy. This place is so amazing. The bed was really comfortable. The outside deck had a perfect view of the water. My only wish is that we were able to stay longer.”

No lotion, no iron or ironing board, no water, everything you might expect In even the cheapest hotel was not there. If you wanted it you had to come to the front desk and pick it up. It was also very expensive, 330.00 was a special rate normally more than 500.00. The explanation was they were very busy so let’s charge as much as we can.”

It was nice to be able to sit outside on the balcony which had comfy chairs and a table Beds were super comfy and the washroom was nicely redone also. “I booked Eagle Rock Bed and Breakfast in Chemainus through Expedia while planning a trip that included Salt Spring Island. Shortly after booking, I realized the property was not located on Salt Spring Island and immediately attempted to cancel the reservation. Despite trying to cancel promptly, I was still charged. What makes this significantly worse is that I have repeatedly tried contacting the property using the phone number provided. No one answers. I have left multiple voicemails...
