"We had a very comfortable room in this large but quiet hotel, right in the heart of Old Town Zagreb. The breakfast buffet was delicious. "

"We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony. Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times. Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety! Lots for families from what we could see. Just an excellent experience all the way! "

"Room service staff does not change the linen at all unless you ask for.The way they made the bed I would’ve make it better. Hotel draws younger clientele. When they come back from outing they’re loud in the hallway in the middle of the night. No respect to other guest."

"This was an ideal choice for our stay, only one night in Zagreb at the end of our holiday. The staff were so kind and helpful in helping me navigate a booking error and so were the people at Expedia. The breakfast was amazing and the location was awesome. "

"Staff were amazing and the little touches made our stay fantastic. It was my husbands birthdays and the staff left some goodies in the room with a card which he loved. Then the following day ( because we checked in late the previous day) we had a call to say they had made him a cake and if they could bring it to our room."
