“Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was not squeaky clean but clean enough. It is an older building so keep that in mind, things won’t be new and modern. I didn’t like that all the windows wouldn’t shut - meaning others could look inside and see me. However I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room and there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic outside.
