"I actually tried to stay at property prior to this visit. It was full because of a concert at “Capital One”but the young man was so courteous, helpful,made a lasting impression. So this time checking in to my surprise was just as delightful. With any Hotel, Restaurant, it’s about the people you engage with that makes it Successful!! Exemplary staff,immaculate!! Smart not to do breakfast buffet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I had a great stay at the Ryder while I was in town for a conference. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even helping me mail a package and do a few other unexpected chores. The vibe is very instagramable, which isn't really my thing but it was still nice to be somewhere it was clear thought had been put into the aesthetic and people cared about how the hotel was presented (rather than your usual boring hotel). I didn't get a chance to use most of the ammenities, but I would definitely stay again."

"One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. We will come back and recommend to all our friends! This was southern hospitality at its best! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again Coleen and Denise and all the other wonderful staff members who made our stay special. "
